ABOUT

Hi, my name is Angel. I am an inspiring artist who is never tied down to one form of art. I enjoy trying new things and testing out new forms of making art always excites me. Whether that's drawing, painting, mixed media collages, digital art, printmaking, sewing, weaving, I've tried it all. I'm on a journey to figure out what I enjoy the most. Although to be honest if I don't figure it out and I just keep bouncing from one idea to the next, is that really a problem if I enjoy it this much?

I went to collage to study Art and design after school. By the end of the two years of that time I fell out of love with my hobby. I think this is due to being restricted to what I can make and having to have a reason for everything. Two years after finishing college I got back into creating again and applied to university. Three years at Leeds Beckett university and the same happened again. Its now been two years since I graduated and I've not really done anything creative...

I think now is the time its beginging to excite me again. This time there is no restrictions on what I 'have' to make and whether or not it is good enough. I just have to think about what that is...
